I want to extract the honey from three frames but I do not have access to an extractor. What is the best way to get the honey without destroying the comb? Thanks for the help

I suppose if you buy a typical uncapping tank the super will fit upside down on top with ten ucapped frames, but I've never had much luck draining combs. It seems to take forever to even get half of it to drain and the last of it never drains. Of course a warm room helps. 90 to 100 degrees would make a significant difference.

I have a lot of luck just cutting them out crushing and straining, but not a lot of luck getting it out of undamaged combs without an extractor.

    Michael,
Thanks for the info, I was amazed at how easily the honey strained; I harvested about 2 quarts.
