hello,
I have a hive with 2 deep brood chambers and above that a queen excluder, than a medium super that was 3/4 full and a deep above that that maybe have 15 pounds of honey as of 2 weeks ago. the goldenrod flow has begun here in ohio and looks good . but i hear and read goldenrod honey isn't very good , is that true , can i let the bees finish filling the two supers and take it off ? The oder coming from the hive smells so good. What do you people think of goldenrod honey is it worth the keeping. I think with the two deep brood chambers they should have enough to get them through the winter here in Ohio. Thank you
Walt
