half batch of emulsion in us quantities

Hello folks;
Can anyone tell me if I'm right on the quantity required to make the emulsion for the fgmo cords to make a half batch?
8.45 oz drakel 35 mineral oil{by volume]
4 oz beeswax [by weight]
4.82 oz honey [by volume]
makes 30 39inch cords

Sorry for posting a question that has been answered before. Just finished looking back through the old posts and found my quanities are correct.
But I'm still confused about the honey.the post says 300 grams wich converts to 9.64 oz. Is this weight or volume? this is probably a silly question but could anyone help me out here? Thanks scott

I start with the info on http://www.beesource.com/pov/rodrigu...2001report.htm where they call for 500 ml (1/2 a liter) of FGMO, 225 g of beeswax and 300 g of honey.
In "american" that should translate to:
16.91 fluid oz (a volume) of FGMO
7.93 oz of beeswax (a weight, not a volume; big difference here since wax is much lighter that water) and
10.57 oz of honey (again, a weight, not a volume; big difference here too, since honey is heavier that water)
or
8.43 fluid ounces of honey (by volume)

For the conversion I'm using this:
1 fluid ounce = 29.573 ml
1000 g = 2.205 oz or 1 lb = 16 oz = 454 g (oz here are units of weight) and
A weight of 1 lb of honey = 454 g of honey fills a volume of 12.75 fluid oz of honey. This last conversion is not exact, since differnet honeys will have different specific weights due to their different moisture content.
