Ok, my friend, and no, I'm not talking about myself in disguise, left a bee escape on for a week before she took her supers off. I told her I thought that the wax moths would proliferate and was curious what she would find when she extracted. Well, sure enough when she went to fiter the honey it was full of wax moth larvae. I tasted it just to compare it to mine since we are just down the road and it tasted fine but was really thin compared to store bought and especially compared to mine. My question is this: Will the honey be ok or will it ferment in storage? Theresa.

IMO the only way to be absolutely sure is to check it with a refractometer.
