Hive droppings

I have yellow droppings outside the entrance of my hive. Is this a sign of weevils in the hive? If so is there a control that can be done?

Could well be dysentery. Has the weather been warm enough to allow the bees to come out on the front of the hive? Can you see any inside the hive if you lift the inner cover? I don't know what your climate is like, so I can't really do much more than speculate.
