I am the current president of the Saskatoon Bee Club and had promised my club a small tal on the making of good quality Show honey. Problem is that those who know, like to keep their secrets secret. Books??? I have not found one yet. The WEB??? There does not seem to be anything out their, so far, that I can find!

Can anyone on the forum help me out and point me in the right direction?

    Thanks

Our chapter of the NJ Beekeepers Association just had a guest speaker, Susan Shimanuki, come and give just the very demonstration you are looking for, "Tips on how to prepare your honey for show competition". She lives in MD and she and her husband Dr. Shimanuki (bee diseases) go all over the place. I will follow this up, I hope, with how to contact the Shiminuki's. Steve
