Does anyone live close too Oneida TN,thats 56 miles north west of Knoxville.that i could purchase some gentle type bees off of?
I live about 1 1/2 north of you. I will have nucs for sale next spring. I winter in Florida but have had no agressive bees. I have some Yellow Italian queens ordered from northrn Ca. and you can work these bees with no veil(although I wouldnt reccommend it as one sting around eye is not worth it). If interested write back. I will also have about 100 complete hives with new 2006 queeens. Bottom/top/1 hive body w/10 frames. All available in April. Equipment is used but sound. 4-5 frame nucs will be around $70.00 and hives about $95.00 depending on winter and condition of bees next spring. thanks Rick
