    last year I built 2 miller type feeders from the plans on this site. They worked fine until the temp reached above 90 degrees then both started leaking as the beeswax let loose. there was 3 coats of marine varnish and beeswax painted on the seams. My question is can I safely use a plastic resin to seal the seams? the label doesn't say it is toxic when cured. Clint

    Look on the lable for a # you can call and ask the manufacture. Or you can ask for a copy of the MSDS sheet from the store you bought it from.
