Warm fall weather

Here in Minnesota the fall has fell upon us, so all of our flowers are long since gone. But our weather in now good for bee flights. In the upper 50 and low 60's in October. This temperature has held for a couple of weeks now and the extended forecast calls for more of the same. Now, with no food source, I have been feeding sugar syrup to counter the lack of nectar. I have notice on one of my hives that the numbers are down and the stores are low....What do we do if this weather pattern stays? Do I continue feeding syrup and to what ratio? Do I need to feed pollen substitue also or will that stimulate the queen to start laying? I am new to the BeeKeeping thing and could use some good advise.
