Im planning on moving a hive near the house.
The only problem is, it is near a window which is in a room of the house that has its light's on fairly late in the night.
The neibours window is close too but they have a fly screen there and its a part of their property they rarely walk walk down. They also seem to have their room lights on late.
basically i want to face the hive north between our houses the entrance of the hive will face the street (North) which is dark. Im just a little concerned about the ambiant light, and how this could affect the hive.
Any suggestions.
Thanks

Don't worry about the light. It will be fine. Make sure you screens are good. The grasshoppers chew small holes in them around here that a bee could get into.
