I have an 5 frame OBS hive. They have pretty much limited themselves to the bottom frame. Last night they started building comb below the bottom frame instead of moving to the next frame above.

WHY!!!
Because it suits them.
If they get crowded enough they will move up.
They know it will set you off! And they know you will be upset!Besides they are all little ladies and they do what they do.
