Plastic Bucket Feeder.. I need help!!!!

I have a question... I used to buy plastic bucket feeders that was a sturdy bucket with a whole in the top and then screen to cover the whole. Then it was filled with syrup and inverted to fit over the hole of the inner cover.

So today, I went to Home Depot and picked up buckets a lids. They are thin plastic (to curve cost). I brought them home and took one of the lids and cut out a whole and attached the screen to it. I then filled the bucket with water and inverted it.

My question is... will the bees tongue break the "seal" causing syrup to spill all over the place?

No. I sometimes use plastic softdrink cup from the convenience store as a feeder.

I use 1.5 gallon plastic totes form wallmart they say shirt box or some thing on them.I lay 2 3/4" x 10" strips of in the wood on top of the frame bars then set this down on top of the wood I use straw in the tote and put a gal of suger water in it and then on the side were the is extra space I will put a pollen patty when they start getting the brood box full they will start building a lot of burr comb. I just scrape it off and melt it down then when the flow hits I pull the feeder out and put in 10 med frams
