Checking frames, removing burr comb...

Hello All,
Since I have added my first super last week I am unsure if I should continue checking individual frames in the hive bodies. Do I need to be removing the burr comb from them weekly?

I would'nt,If you added foundation & the honey flow is on in your part of the country I would'nt bother them.once they start.they will stop building burr comb.the less you bother them the more they will build up.just give them plenty of room.

I never open a hive for the purpose of removing burr comb. I just remove it if I happen to have it open and I happen to have time.
