Yes you can store it in the fridge, but I'm not sure how long it will keep. I have kept some in the fridge for at least a month without it fermenting. Hope this helps.

Freeze it and pull it out of the freezer the night before that way it should return to room temp when your ready to use it. I freeze mine in 1-gal baggies, flat that way alll I have to do is lay it over the top bars cut my slices and AWAY I GO. Just make sure it's thawed tho the freezing temp may injure the bees.
