early this morning i found 25 to 30 dead bees in the pupa stage on the entrance board also 5 or 6 that where alive and trying to crawl (very young).all where not drones,normally i find 4 or 5, is this a problem or a normal thing?

How do they look? White and healthy? Take a look in the brood chamber and see if you see anything wrong there. Open brood should be white and healthy looking in there. Sometimes the honey they are being fed might be a bit brown, but the larvae should be white. As long as the larvae look good, I think there probably isn't a problem.
Maybe they found some mites in them and chewed them out. Maybe they expanded the brood nest and changed their mind. Maybe there is a dearth and they don't want to feed them anymore.
