    In the string called, what determines orgainic honey, Becky didn't know if our bees are considered livestock, well they are according to the Livestock Association in Topeka Ks.

    I had series of email conversations with them and the local ag dept last year and learned alot.

    Yes they are livestock, yes beefarmers are welcome to join. Yes we would have a vote and Yes we can bring our observation hives to the functions and yes we can publish items and advertise within their channels.

    I believe it depends on what state you are in and how you state depart. of ag classifies bees

    Well, if I were in your state and contacted them to have them tell me that my bees are not my livestock, this would be the start of a long email campaign.

    Email them and bring up the subject and see what you get.
