The simplest thing I have found is the new, empty gallon paint cans from Home Depot. They are re-sealable and don't leak. Mine have been in service for about a year now. They will eventually rust a little on the outside, but the insides are lined with something. 3-4 holes punched in the lid and invert over an inner cover.

I also bought two of the Mann Lake feeders on page 29 without the super (easy to make and cheaper).

So far I am happy with them. I wonder though if the plastic will sweat on the bottom and drip into the hive? We'll see.
