    Didn't work for me last year. Had five medium frames inverted for three days in a 85 degree F garage. Maybe a third of the honey gravitated out. Ended up making a homemade extractor to get it all out.

    On watching bees at entrance here is a good reference. It's a PDF. Google Jerry Freeman, " Learning How To Keep Bees". And other good stuff to help newbees.

    Grab those political signs after election. Make good temp covers etc.
    Don't have auto tint on your glasses or wear sunglasses. The bres will come for face.

    I think you could use a lawnmower/motorcycle/ATV type battery too. Test it first and see if evap time is different.

    I believe day 1 step 6 is wrong on Barnsley sight. But on the 'many uses ' sight there's a good way to isolate queen that can be done for demaree too.
