    Would not kill the old queen, to the new queen is back and laying.Put her in a nuc with a frame of bees and honey.When the new queen is laying, then you can do what ever you wish with the old queen.

    Can frames of pollen be frozen and used later to feed bees?Hives have a abundance of pollen this year,some hives all most pollen bound.
