I'm no expert at all, but if you are getting alot of propolis, you really should get an upper propolis trap to start harvesting it. I understand it sells for a very high dollar.
Those frame repair metal tabs are very cheap. I bought a dozen of them with my first equipment, as I figure they are good to have around, and will need some eventually.
