    Yesterday morning the ground was white and the roads slick and we were picking up 230 packages but by noon the roads were clere and the sun was shining, was a bit chilly (mid 30s) handing out...

    You did good, you could have direct released the queen but I don't recommend it for new keepers, I like to let them get used to the new surroundings for a day or 2 while they let the queen out
