    If You scrap the bad stuff off and recoat it with wax, they may use it. I personally would trash the plastic and put in a foundationless frame. Honey bees can and will fix most thing that we do to...

    The frame is plastic, hard to cut out. If you cut it out, they will repair it. I don't think she will lay in it untill they fix it..If you look right under it in the hive, you will most likely see...

    That is when the girls take the nectar or syrup and fill where the queen lays eggs. When this happens the queen will lose her colm to lay in..If you see the brood nest with a lot of nectar or syrup...

    Just because you see flowers and the girls bring in pollen doesn't mean they have nector. If they are taking syrup they are not finding enough to eat. When it dought,,feed...Make sure they are not...

    The openings on the one handed plunger my be a little bigger but not to big. The plunger has a stop so you don't mash the queen, it stops her so you can get a good mark...Some people use Testors...
