Mann lake packages come from Olivarez out of Orland CA. Even if your queen is carni you wont get pure carni bees unless you artificially inseminate....
You better enjoy the cash while its still coming lol. Money is great to have when you feed all summer.
I use a 3/4 adjustable 0-100 psi. I set mine at 60 PSI.
Our hives are always overweight coming out of apples if temps are 60+ during bloom. I don't know whether its the Apple blossom or dandelion. Washington apples are well done so no problems catching...
NutraBee is sold in smaller quantities through BigR and North49 here in the west. I believe Mellivo beekeeping out of Utah sells small quantities so give them a call (801)819-9364. They stock BigR...
Wish our apple prices were as good as yours. $50 is average for WA apples.
Yes, you are exempt from ours of service if your hauling bees across US without map21. Under MAP 21 you are exempt from headaches such as hours of service and roadside inspections if your hauling...

Oxalic vapor will work year round. Vaporize 4 times 3 days apart.
I would split as early as possible.

90% formic will take care of most queens.
Anyone know of a good source for mesh bags that fit over a 5 frame nuc. Cardboard boxes aren't bee proof and we have lots of new customers.
I have a incubator made with the 12v system. Doesnt get much use but for long trips it works alright. A few bottles of hot water in a cooler work just as well.
I keep by bottoms around for Cells starters and swarms. Also, if you ever decide to sell off some hives with equipment, the bottoms come in use .

Why dribble when you can spray the package when shaking? http://www.beesource.com/forums/showthread.php?308181-Oxalic-acid-dribble-or-drizzle-for-Packages&highlight=oxalic
Might want to look at a straight truck with a sleeper 27 ft plus an additional western hay trailer 26'. Easier to get in and out of tight places than a 48' flatbed semi.
Those Hawaiian queens might have developed some tolerance to Nosema.
I keep bees around Chattaroy.
I feed mostly HFCS and prosweet blend of sucrose and fructose. I see no difference in stimulation or winter survival rates.
