Moving supers today I noticed a few of the frames are warped. Is there a good way for getting them strait or should I replace them?

I have been stung lots of times, even in the face and I have never reacted like that. May be worth having an epipen close.

My cappings are a little damp with honey yet. Would it be OK to set them out for the bees to clean up?
