KBfarms, yes it is a bit thinner than 2:1 this way does not need heat to dissolve all the sugar. I got tired of waiting most of the day for the syrup to cool down where I could use it.
A 2:1 syrup formula. 25#'s sugar to 2 gallons water. Mix well, stir occasionally over several hours. No heat needed. This makes 4 gallons of syrup. Add 20ml Honey B Healthy to each gallon. Done.
