    2-5 frame nucs with a couple of drawn frames and the rest empty
    bee suit
    veil
    gloves
    hive tool
    smoker
    spray bottle of 1:1 sugar water (usually unmixed)...

    I use a Harbor Freight cheapie that I picked up 4 yrs. ago for $9.99 on sale. it uses either brads or 1/4 crown staples up to 1 1/2 in. I've used the heck out of it and never had a problem with it.
