    I did an inspection yesterday and got a nice closeup of the queen...never noticed before...it looks like she has a number 3 or maybe a letter E on the next to last segment of her abdomen...anyone...

    bees are so cool....

    Here is a video of two of my hives taken yesterday evening after a long hot day....one hive was "washboarding" and the other fanning to circulate the air in front of the hive...I so enjoy watching...
