    Well, I did some hard core sacrificing this year. I cut down 40 of my 50 production colonies after the main flow and bounced up to 170 nucs. I have combined back to 150ish colonies.

    Very good fall flow. Strange year. My colonies east of my house started filling two weeks ago. The nucs there all got up to winter weight. My colonies north and west of town are just now filling up....

    NewJoe is right! The guys at my post office worked very hard to get them here. They made all the calls. They made it happen. They also got some honey for making it happen =) It was not their fault...

    I disagree, hes already started the work. A two queen colony will produce more than 2 one queen colonies. I would add a box between the two and add another excluder. The workers will work together....
