Re: U or W pallet clips?

I use U clips and have no ants or rot in between. The gap in W collects all sorts of debris.

Re: Getting bees ready to head to cali

Funny you had to come here for plywood. I got several units of Best grade 3/4" HDO from brother for cheap. Gets it somewhere around LA but has some serious connections.

I move in from WA with no problems. No certificates no nothing. Ive moved in clean pallets and dirty pallets. Just make sure you don't have bunch of thistle hanging off your pallets.

Hmm, Mann lake claims probiotics in their bulk patty. They must be ahead of everyone on this one. :lpf:

    Re: Carniolans for North Colorado?

People winter Italians in cold climate as well. I'm sure there are local breeders in your area who have Italians well adapted to your area.

Ive used these for a while with no problems. Never needed to run it back to totes since I never mix anything. Pump never overheats and Honda still runs like new. Also never had any parts...
  12. Re: burning fertalizer insmoker to stunn agressive bees ?

    Re: Moving companies

There are other beekeepers near you that you might want to call. If they reject then rent a bobcat with fork attachment. 25 pallets isn't much.

    Re: Pattie supplements

Substituting dry sugar for sugar syrup is a bad idea. I would keep the dry sugar in but add HFCS instead of water. Keeps patty soft for a longer period of time.
