why not requeen and straighten the hive back out? A queen phermones will overwelm the laying workers and they will go back to doing their normal job.

I would not refeed that honey to your bees, If it has AFB spores in it, the bees will get infected. AFB spores can live up to 30yrs+

When I started building my hive bodies, I noticed that all the commercial outfits are using a solid pine board. Has any one tried using plywood? Noticed it was alot cheaper.
