    I think a ribbon mixer style works well, I think the most important is, SIZE the machine to your needs. Also, don't go with gas motor, use the kind that you can plug into the wall, quite.:)

    CR, remember our bees we know today came from over the pond, where they have wet weather, so, give them plenty of time (3-4) weeks on check backs.

    No help MB, John is in his 80'S, makes the trek out to Cali from ND every spring. MB, money has nothing to do with it, he is a beekeeper not a foreman.
