Do you have any links to these. I am not doubting you, I would just like to read about that.

There are not may things I don't just buy online. Bee supplies is one of them. I always call Dadant, TX or Mann Lake and always get my goods within a 1-2 days from Dadant or 4-5 days from Mann Lake....
Pretty much.
I’ve had old farmers tell me stories when they were mowing with a cab tractor back in the 70’s and 80’s run over a hive and have their windows covered in bees. Even Ross on here has...
Same as Andrew said. I have 2 BW. One is 5 years old. During the dearth they are a tad feisty which can be expected but over all no issues. They are some honey making fools.

Bad thing is I don’t believe there is anywhere in TX to get bees tested...
Looks like Redring Milkweed.

All the bees are gone. Even the meter box bees.
I put the excluder back up hoping that it would keep them in, I figured maybe a swarming queen could fit through it, but the laying queen couldn’t. I looked under the SBB and don’t see any dead bees,...
There was a confirmed laying queen in the small swarm.
On a sad note. I just went and checked this morning and all the bees were gone.
Meter bees were just a tad over 2 miles away. Those bees couldn't have fit in this meter. There is a large feral hive about 2-300 yards away. Guessing it's from them.
Looked under the SBB prior...

Good pics, need more detail. asap please. :D
Good thing they didn't take over the other hive in the pic. That's a split with a bought queen!
I go get some bees out of a water meter yesterday. They had only been there a couple weeks maybe. It was a small swarm that was in there. So I got them and moved them to my office. Go check them...

20 years ago we had Johnny Cash, Bob Hope and Steve Jobs.
Now we have no cash, no hope and no jobs.
Dear God, please don't let Kevin Bacon die!!!!!
Orthene by Ortho works great. It doesn't have sugar in it and the bees won't mess with it.
I have not requeened. They have just replaced their own. I don’t do any treatments either.
I have 2 beeweaver hives. One will be 5 years old this year. Best "bought" bees I've had.
Looking good. I love beeweaver. My oldest one will be 5 years old this years. No treatments, no nothing and they are strong coming out of winter this year. They may be a tad bit more aggressive from...
I don’t cover them. They typically take it down fast enough that I don’t have any mildew issue, though this year I have 3 from late splits from last year. They take it pretty slow and when it gets...
I don’t use inner covers. Only migratory lids.
I like the mason jars on top. I use 3/4" plywood with either 1 or 2ea 2 7/8" holes.

You still have those splits we made a couple years ago?
Wrights Bacon is still where it's at.
Bluebonnets bloom real heavy here. And just started this week. Though I am not sure if they are a good nectar source or not. They are bringing in lots of red BB pollen right now.
