    I use a sump tank it will let the wax particles rise to the the top. Then use a pump to take off the honey from the bottom of the sump. Then you can filter with little problem.

    The problem is that i have a tri-plex line that runs from my brother-inlaws house to a dairy barn that is my shop and honey house. I am trying to cut his costs. That is why i am going with propane.

    tankless water heater

    Thinking about installing a tankless LP water heater in my honey house. It will be like most it will be used only about six or seven days a year. Anyone use tankless.

    Will this work in Mississippi where we don't have that much cold weather. I would be concerned that if it stayed to warm they might use thier stores and starve out.

    Yes they eat nectar first. After they ripen the nectar down to about 17% moisture content they will cap it. During the ripening it can get moved around many times.

    I read that some of you shave down combs inorder to make picking up larvae more easy pick up or see ect.

    :thumbsup: UPDATE Today i cut the handholds with the Hogan jig. The only problem is the top of handhold has small taper. Overall it is good.:)

    Cleo if this imformation is correct your saw is a lefty.
    Standing behind your saw the blade is on the right. The Bosh saw the blade is on the left.
