    my bees are doing an amazing job so far. 1 week and i have 6 top bars with perfectly straight comb.

    i went in mid day yesterday to take a peak and pull out my first comb ever...just to look at...

    in 5 days how much syrup should be gone/used?

    i'd say less than half has been used in that time span....

    how long will that sugar/water solution keep? should i take it out if i notice it's not being used up quickly?

    there are great many good plans available, but you could cherry pick the best from them and go from there.
