I know the feeling. Last year I waited forever for my bees......kept getting delayed.....finally got them the last week of May, I believe. It is worth the wait, so much to learn once you get them.

I noticed this today. checked my hives when I got home and they were way busy. There was thunder in the distance and within 15 minutes they were all in the hive, shortly before the rain and wind hit.

I'm a new beek also, but everything I have read is its bee to bee combat on the front porch if they are being robbed. The pics need to be closer to really tell. Do you see lots of fighting going on?
