    We used the Fischer's Bee-Quick last year and it worked very well. It would only take 5 to 10 minutes and they would empty the hive body. Just be sure to not use too much or it will run your bees...

    I thought at first it was a fly be the eyes but then the rest of it looked like a honey bee so I was confused! I am glad to know now that it is a fly!! The camera I used is a Panasonic FZ-150.

    We have hive beetles in the hive but I have not noticed any increase with the cake and also I don't ever see them on the cake.

    I looked on Tennessee's website for wildflowers and it says that it is Yellow Crownbeard. The bees absolutely love it!! It is a weed and is invasive so watch where you plant it.
