From what all I have read if overnight temps are warm they will move outside where it's cooler

I feel your pain, my hive is only a week old. I just got in it yesterday and things are moving right along. I will go out and sit and watch the bees come and go it's really cool. Good luck!

I just hived two packages yesterday and they are still in front of the hive.
