    Look at pretreatment varroa levels. If they were high and virus levels high then virus's are the problem now. Also look at spring levels. I have found having good control in the spring equalled low...

    Helps on fermentation but also helps to change the ph of HFCs and that helps with the HMF levels

    Nucs with queens were marked. The old queens had tiger tails and new did not. The cells hatched the day we put them in we had several walkers.

    They had 24 hr before cells and were 5 frame nucs 1 brood 1 frame bees 1 frame honey 2 foundation

    This year when making nucs they all got cells. Three weeks later when we checked for take only 10% of the old queens remained. I have done this twice since with same results hope this helps

    Brood break , quickstrips, apigaurd and oxalic acid have have worked for myself although there is a learning curve on dose timing and proper application

    Had a friend call he had a load of bee's hour away from me that ran out of fuel on I-75 eventually after setting for 2 1/2 hr they got the truck going again so having good truck drivers does pay

    Have had hundreds shipped from Miksa's. UPS over night put in hives that morning avg 75% take. Last July we hit 83% however we have had 40% take once over have had great results

    Something you may want to have on the trailer is electric over Hydraulic brakes. I had several trailers with the normal trailer brakes that wear out quickly. The E/H brake trailers are going 50m plus...
