I built 3 Como SBB last year and noticed the bees were inside instead of under and seemed to built up more. Just did a 5" w slat rack, SBB and a slot for a 1/4 closing cover (sticky trap). I put on...

I built mine 3" deep with a built in slat rack, seems to work better so far over a regular SBB.

Mine were hanging other the board also, so i built some slatted racks and it fixed that problem and the bees seem to calm down a lot

Have been concerned if the IR on the cams would bug the bees, them if I used it like shooting thought the SBB?
