    As of now I no longer test for mites. I treat based on the calander. 3 times a year for bees that go to Idaho in summer 4 times for hives that stay in ca.

    Tuzserhu, lots of beeks have been placing bees in Ojai area for years. you will usually find between 5,000 to 10,000 hives in the valley every year. Most likely the commercial beek has been placing...

    refer truck are used by a few beeks between Idaho & CA, they have special pallets that bee pallets are put on, think they ship about 380 per load and need pallet jack & additional crew to unload.
