    I have a hive 3 deeps high....the brood is mostly in the top deep...should I:
    1) Move the brood down to the center or lower deep? Can I do this without screwing everything up?

    Boy, isn't that the truth...pulled the telescoping lid off my hive this winter a few months ago and noticed some nice mold growing in one corner...have had the inner cover propped open a smidge ever...

    With my front entrance open, I prop open the top lid a smidge on the back...I increase and decrease it depending on the temperature.
