    wax moth tracs

    i have some perma-comb frames that have been exposed to wax moths. I have cleaned them up as good as I can and intend to put them on a strong hive. Is there any reason not to use them?

    I was considering purchasing screened bottom boards for all the hives that include a tray for the placement of mineral oil.. Quite an expensive project not to mention I have to level all the hives. ...

    you won't even have to turn the nuc upside down and knock the bees out in front of the new one. By dark all the bees will find their queen.;)

    Poll: Ob hive

    I think this would be great for a learning tool for kids plus it should be sustainable year round if fed. Wish I could find one for our 4H club at a reasonable price.:D

    medium supers

    I personally like having the uniformity of using medium supers for everything. Also, :rolleyes:they are much lighter to heft around for us ole folks.
