    You didn't do a simulated swarm though.... Just a walkaway split. Queen cups don't necessarily mean swarming either.

    Has nothing to do with your supplier. Maybe you got bumped for a bigger order, but logistics and maximizing profits, sometimes the little orders gotta wait

    Post 2, very bottom left picture, upper left corner there is a single drone cell with a bee sitting vertically next to it. See how it stick out more, that's how you know it's a drone. Queen cells...

    If they just swarmed, no virgin yet, the capped cell is your future queen. I looked at pics, look likes they should have a virgin, check back in two weeks for eggs
