You speak the truth Vance! I plan on making my own Nucs this spring from Russell queens and bread my own.
Last year I did both package and Nuc and I can say they both worked well for me, and I was able to make splits from both of them. Yes Nucs have gone up to $110-$120 from what I paid last year.
