    What do u do with your supers after you are finished extracting honey? I don't plan on returning them to the hive.

    How are you doing this? I am running 75 hives that are kept at three permanent yards and next year I have the opertunity to pollinate blueberries but need to think of some ways now.

    question about oxalic acid treatment

    Mites spread from colony to colony by drifting workers and drones within an apiary so would it be beneficial to treat first thing in the morning when all the field bees are in?

    Made a split from a dubble deep and the one deep I took away had queen cells. I scraped the cells and added the new queen.. Did I prevent a swarm?
