    two years, but i'm allergic to bees. i am well protected and i pick my spots as to when i get deep into a hive. I also have a zero tolerance to pissy bees.

    when you scraped off the cocoon was it some what carved into the frame? the grub looks like a wax worm sometimes if you disturb the cocoon the wax worm will try to crawl away
