    A local beek should be able to do a trap out. Find a local bee keeping club and give them a call or do a search on craigslist.

    It is a waste of bees to just let it die out. Shake the bees out near your other hives as you disassemble the laying worker hive, most will be accepted.

    In my opinion no. But we did get 3 new inspectors last year (for a total of 4 I believe) so you never know.

    Like some of the other local apiary laws I have been told "there are no teeth behind this law", and that is a state employee quote.
