    I bought some singles this year that had Florida queens in them and close to half were the most agressive bees i have ever seen. Can't say for certain they were African but they seemed like It to me....

    Time will tell , but with the vents and screened windows I have on order I think I will be fine. I did buy two full size spare tires but I like the idea of a generator and a fan just in case...

    Yeah. It would be nice to have nuc mediums so they wouldn't stack so high, but I'm not buying any and I have no skills to make them. My other problem is that they need constant care in a honey flow...

    Must be a Bill thing, I have three as well and am putting them in a home made 3 sided shed. I'm also 18 wintering double nucs. First time ever wintering nucs, can't wait to see what happens.
