    I suspect your hive is about to swarm, I noticed boarding on one of my hives last week, two days later it swarmed. Thankfully I captured it.

    Looked in on my hives today,lots of drones are already in the hives, also saw lots of drone brood on outer frames, should I start freezing outer frames of drone frames this early?

    Honey in Montans
