    The metal screen will start to oxidize almost right away, I would pull the SBB or at least cover it over with cardboard/coroplast/etc.

    Oxalic Sublimation Temp?

    I can find the melting point of oxalic acid (216-217 F), but what is the temperature that it sublimates to vapor for treating a hive?

    Extra credit question: If it gets to hot it will break down...

    If I were to place frames with capped and un-capped honey under a queen excluder would the bees move it up into the supers, or would I just be limiting the laying space and creating a swarming...

    It would be about 10 hives at any one location at one time. I could charge the battery again before the next location.

    For those using it with a stand alone battery (not in the car battery) what are you using. Went to Batteries Plus today, they recommended a huge deep cycle ~70Ah battery and a fancy deep cycle...

    As the bees start drawing out foundation the queen will start laying in the partially drawn frames before the bees will start filling in the nectar. The bees will finish drawing out around the eggs...

    It depends on the flow and wax makers as to how long before they attach the comb, but usually not long at all. The bees will chew and remove the rubber bands.
